TPR's POKER SITE REVIEWS

Last Updated: All individual site ratings/reviews are currently being updated and the new results will be posted soon. The summary table below is current for 2007.

Below is a quick reference guide of all poker site reviews, including a brief look at each site's PROS and CONS, BONUS INFO and DOWNLOAD LINKS.

  • To take advantage of deposit bonuses, and/or to go directly to a poker site and download, click on either the link or relevant banner in the "Deposit Bonus and Download Links " column.
  • For a full review of each site, you can click on a poker site in the menu on the top-left, or on any of the site links in the "Poker Site" column below. Along with a detailed summary of each site's scoring, the full review page also includes info regarding sign-up bonus codes, download links, other promotions, as well as sample images of the site.
  • Of the sites reviewed, Full Tilt Poker has released the only native downloadable software version specific for Mac users, while PokerRoom (as well as their HoldemPoker and EuroPoker skins) and Pacific Poker have Mac-friendly options to play poker on their sites via the web. However, one possible solution for Mac users to play on the other sites is Microsoft Virtual PC for Mac, which is a software application that allows different operating systems to run on a Mac computer. For more info, click here for various resources in our Links section regarding Virtual PC info.

ATTENTION ALL NEW AND REGULAR U.S. PLAYERS: The U.S. Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 has been signed into law. Some online poker sites have chosen to immediately comply and suspend all real money play and/or deposits for their U.S. customers. These sites so far include: PartyPoker, PokerRoom, Paradise Poker, HoldemPoker, EuroPoker, Noble Poker, Pacific Poker and more recently, DoylesRoom. Other sites have announced "business as usual" until the law's regulation is clarified as it pertains to online poker. U.S. players can still open new accounts (look for special bonuses!) and play on these sites: Full Tilt Poker, Poker Stars, UltimateBet and Bodog. For more info regarding the law and the continuing fight to save online poker, check out the Poker Players Alliance. Non-U.S. players, of course, will not be affected.
